ESET, the leader in proactive threat protection, today announced that ESET Mail Security for Microsoft Exchange Server is now available for businesses. This product features major advancements over its predecessor, ESET NOD32 Antivirus for Microsoft Exchange Server.

ESET also announced the launch of the version 4.2 of its ESET Smart Security and ESET NOD32 Antivirus.
All main modules of ESET Smart Security – Antivirus, Antispyware, Personal Firewall and Antispam – are now improved to ensure better stability and performance of the software. Especially the new version offers full support for Windows Automated Installation Kit 2.0 for Windows 7 and Mozilla Thunderbird 3 e-mail clients. The version 4.2 also features an improved Antispam capability with Trusted Zone Authentication to enhance the security of portable computers and Firewall Profiles, another new feature added. ESET also made improvements to the Encrypted Communication Scanner

To correctly install version 4.2 ESET kindly asks all users to uninstall previous version and download version 4.2 using the same valid username and password as was used for previous version.
